Ashish Shah
Ashish is a distinguished professional with 28 years of experience in organization building, development management and real estate investment. A Chartered Accountant, CFA in Advanced Finance and Strategic Management and Grad CWA in Management Accounting, he brings a rare blend of strategic and operational expertise to the Indian real estate market with a specialized focus on logistics, commercial and residential sectors.
Ashish’s career includes impactful tenures at globally renowned firms including Arthur Andersen, EY and KPMG, working the London and Mumbai offices. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in acquisitions across Mumbai’s MMR region, further strengthening his capabilities in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Most recently, Ashish served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Head of Leasing at LOGOS India, driving the development of Industrial and Warehousing assets pan-India while contributing significantly to organizational growth. Earlier, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a leading private developer, he refined his skills in development management, land acquisitions, complex deal negotiations and securing financial closures, establishing himself as a trusted leader in the real estate sector.
Abhay Goyal
Abhay Goyal is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management, fundraising and transaction advisory. Throughout his career, Abhay has held significant roles at Indospace, HDFC Capital Advisors and Ernst & Young. During his tenure at HDFC, he was instrumental in the deployment, asset management and exit of a real estate fund valued at approximately $1 billion. He also successfully secured $1 billion in capital commitments from distinguished investors, including ADIA and NIIF.
Abhay is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Narsee Monjee College. His extensive expertise and leadership continue to drive success in the real estate investment sector.
